This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic digital team for a leading e-commerce homewares online retailer. As Performance Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving the company’s digital paid media strategy across Search, Social, and Display.
Responsibilities
Monitor, manage and optimize paid search, paid social and other online media accounts
Provide regular reports on key metrics and agreed KPIs
Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, after analysing reporting data to identify areas of opportunity and utilising conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc.)
Work with the Marketing Analytics team on campaign analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting
Complete regular, timely, and accurate ongoing maintenance and optimization of accounts to ensure they meet both the company’s objectives
Promote continual creative improvement and lead programs to expected ROAS with an understanding of cost of acquisition, retention and lifetime value
Ideal Criteria
3+ years experience of digital advertising experience
Experience managing large budgets across multiple campaigns
Be proficient in AdWords including Display Advertising, Shopping and Remarketing
Be proficient with Facebook Ads platform and social paid strategies
Experience in reporting on campaign successes and be able to optimize campaigns
Setting up website measurement plans and implementing tagging (both media tags and Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics tags using DTM/GTM)
Advanced tracking, attribution and spreadsheet skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
